How long does onboarding take?
Once we've had an initial conversation and agreed on the supply structure, most clients are operational within a few days. We'll set up your account, assign your manager, and confirm your first delivery window.
Do you have minimum order requirements?
We structure orders around your actual volumes, not fixed minimums. We'll discuss what makes operational sense during our first conversation — and we never force you into a volume you don't need.
Can I switch from my current distributor?
Yes — and we'll help make the transition smooth. Many of our clients came from other distributors and were surprised how straightforward the switch was. We handle the transition from day one.
What if I need something urgently?
